Look what I got!!!

I don't normally post on Wed. but I needed to share what I found on my stoop this morning. For those of you who have been following my blog know my husband got a speeding ticket (not his first nor his last I am sure). We had a deal because I got tired of paying speeding tickets, that every time he had to pay a fine I get to spend equal amount on whatever (we all know what whatever is). Anyway he finally got around to paying the ticket plus some kind of thing where it won't show up on his record if he doesn't get another one in 6 months. The total ended up close to 200.00!!!! Yipee?!! Hopefully he won't get another one for awhile. Or at least until my stash starts to run out. This is what I got for my money!!!

I am posting pics of my newest potholders..I just love this pattern. It has become one of my favorites..So Mary these pics are for you..

  5. Love those potholders, such a pretty pattern design. Wow, you made out great on the ticket deal. I don't think I have ever used that brand of crochet thread. I don't see it in the stores and I don't crochet enough to order but if the variety gets any less in the stores, we will all have to order our thread. I am sure it will all turn into works of art and treasured keepsakes. I really love the black web doily you did. It was just gorgeous. How is the etsy shoppe going?

  10. Love the potholders. I really love the deal you have with your husband. Maybe I could make a deal with my husband so I get to spend what he spends on golf. Take care.
