another Monday

Good afternoon you guys. Not much new here. My life is pretty mellow. Not much changes much from day to day. Yesterday I took my dog, Buddy, to doggy school. Buddy is 6mo old, and a german shepard. Now he is a smart dog and he does know sit, stay, down, off and leave it. But you wouldn't have known it yesterday. It was like he knew nothing. Now a 65 pound puppy who doesn't know anything is extremely hard to handle and I was so embarrassed..But that is why we are going to school right? The instructor wants me to use hand signals!! WHAT?!! Yes, hand signals..shoot I can't remember the correct hand signals so I am making up my own..we will see how that goes...my dog is confused..I am confused. So my plan is to work with Buddy at least 45 min a day and hopefully we can get this down before the next class.

I am posting a pic of a swirl doily/table topper..one of my favorite patterns. Going to put this in my Etsy shop today. Thanks for taking the time to stop by and have an awesome week.

Your doily/table topper is awesome...as are all the lovely things you make. :)

Awwww little Buddy sounds just too cute. He's just so little...he'll get it with you spending time with him each day. Dogs are very smart and german shepards are among the smartest. Could we see a photo of sweet little Buddy?

Of course now you know we are all gonna want updates on what he's doing. :)

Hope you get some cool breezes up in your neck of the woods...and some hooky time in, too. :)

Blessings always

Wow!! That is gorgeous and that had to take some time to do. It is so large and a solid pattern. You truly must crochet like the wind. I haven't had much time to crochet today, outside things needed to be done and laundry and cooking and dishes...
Buddy sounds adorable and he does know some commands. Hope you have a great week!

This is awesome. I had also done a swirl table topper but that was a much simpler pattern.

Absolutely stunning piece, and I envy you being able to work with thread on intricate pieces.

I envy you Buddy, too. GSDs are my absolute favorite, but I don't have one right now. I've got two dogs and picked up a third yesterday for a buddy of mine, but she'll likely stay here just as much as she stays at his place. We'll see how that works out, LOL.

Wow. This is a such a great site. Just a couple days back my friend taught me how to knit. I still have a long way to go, but I am enjoying it. Hope I get good enough to try what you do too. Very inspiring.
