It is about time..

Wow..it seems like a very long time since I have completed anything.  Finished this one up yesterday and blocked it overnight.  This is a pattern of Patricia Kristoffersen in her book Wonderful Doilies..the pattern name is Amazing.   It seems I have been out of it lately.  For those that know me know that for me to only make one doily in a month's time...know that something must be up.  Anyway I am hoping that my normal is back at least on the Hook anyway.  I feel somewhat disjointed.  LOL I have moved for those of you who have just started following..and I am having a very hard time getting my MOJO back.  My chair doesn't feel like my chair, my craft room doesn't feel right to me, and I am having a hard time getting the old me back.  And I want everything in its place especially my chair.. I will get it figured out soon I hope.   Now that this doily is done I need to find another to start working on..something in some color...Hubby is at work..so I have plenty of time to do my thing..Come on MOJO....Don't Fail Me Now..

Awesome doily, as always. :)

Hang in there, Mo will hook up with Jo again and your hook will be flying!

So glad you are back! Keep up the good work and hugs to my pal Buddy, too. :)

Wow - beautiful doily. You always crochet gorgeous, intricate works of art. Once you get settled in and used to your new surroundings, I'm sure your mojo will come back. Have a good evening. :)

they are gorgeous...I can relate with you, except mine is posting about my projects, I am seriously thinking of taking a spring/summer break from blogging. It is hard to do it all lately. :( Need the break, your patterns are so pretty.

Lovely Doily! I know what you mean about loss of MOJO... I'm so out of it, I just can't seem to get motivated these days. I hope you feel better soon and maybe a doily in a bright color will help! keep smiling! :o) Hugs Jennifer

Glad to see you post! And as usual the doily is stunning. It's hard getting used to a new place isn't it? I have no doubt though that Mojo will come back. He just needed a vacation himself. :o) What color did you paint your craft room?

Your doily is absolutely gorgeous! It has been a couple of years since I have worked with doily thread. It takes time to adjust after a move. The good thing about us is we go with the flow sooner or later and cope....it seems to be a skill women have because we are always trying to be everything to everybody, and our crochet/knitting/quilting , etc. is our escape and we need that to survive. Your Mojo will return, it has just had a bit of a shake up is all. Hope you find another pattern cause I can't wait to see what lovely you show us next. Have a great week.
(((HUGS))) Susanne :)

I have made this doily a couple of times. Hope you get your mojo back. It sucks to be stuck!
