I want to thank everyone for their encouragement when I asked your advice as to start selling DMC Cebelia thread.  I have decided to take the plunge.  I just hope I am not my best and only customer.  I can live with me being my own best customer I think...Ok here is what I am doing.  In order to sell Cebelia cheap enough I need to sell it in 5 ball lots for $20.00.  If I don't do it that way..the fees involved with selling one ball at a time makes it almost impossible to sell it for a decent price.  The price would be about $5.99 a ball...I wanted to make it more affordable.  All 5 balls would have the same dye lot.  Dye lots are important to me..I assume they are to most crocheters.  As of right now, until I see how it goes I am only going to carry size 10 thread.   That is what I use so in case this thing bombs I can use it.  If it goes well I may carry size 20 if there are enough people that ask for it.  Also DMC traditions..but it only comes in 5 colors.  DMC also make another thread cordinate or something like that.  It is a wonderful thread, but is alot more expensive because the balls are smaller.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with DMC Cebelia let me give you the run down...DMC Cebelia is a superior quality crochet thread made from combed cotton.  DMC Cebelia is 100% Colorfast and fade resistant.  During the manufacturing process the thread is combed, singed by flame, and then double mercersized.  Double Mercerizing give it brillance and strength.  Cebelia is a 3ply thread, 50 grams to a ball.  Size 10 thread has 284 yards to a ball.  Do I sound like a salesman?  I don't mean to..just wanted to let you know what I am carrying in my Etsy shop.  If you want to go to my shop..just hit the button at the top right of my blog...brown doily..that should take you there..if not  try this    www.etsy.com/shop/byhooks4u    Thanks for stopping by.  Blessings to you all

Are you considering international shipping orders too ? If so, then any specific shipping rates?

I ordered some! I've been dying for the blue but just never ordered from the knitting warehouse which doesn't matter because they don't have stuff in stock!

Thanks Lauren..you are my first thread customer. I hope you are pleased. I have ordered from the Knitting warehouse before and I was not pleased. They mixed dyelots, took almost a month to get it to me. It was ok that I had to wait, but mixed dye lots too?

Wishing you much success on your adventure. :)

I love DMC floss (which is what I am using now for I am deep into cross stitching again). I know their threads are the best.

Blessings always my dear friend .
