Good evening my dear blog friends.  I have finally completed an order..well almost.  I still have a name thingy to do..and a couple of chair sets, but I am getting there.  I am working on the 6th one of the 10..only 1 is blocked.  I guess I should get started on the blocking..So I am working the hook trying to get everything done that I obligated myself into doing.  I am hoping to get the all completed by the end of March.  And then I can start working on things I would like to do.  I am wanting to do a couple runners..as I have new patterns and my hook is screaming at me to let it have at it.  Then I want to make some baby booties and caps, as I have found some cute buttons for the booties..and then there is a couple of Trish Kristoffersen ones that I love and I want to try them in different colors..and then there are the potholder dresses..I found itty bitty clothespins for them just today..and I have a couple of aran afghans patterns I set out that I would like to do..So I really need to get all the things done that are ordered.  I am seeing an end to the orders and that is making me feel a little better.  Don't get me wrong I love special orders, but I think making 10 of the same thing is wearing on me..if I could spread them out over a year probably wouldn't bother me as much.

On the home front..the kitchen and dining room floor is finally done.  I like the tile..I just didn't realize all the work and how much time goes into it.  I am glad I did it though..So a new roof is the next money eating project..We are thinking about a metal roof..we will see.  Buddy went to the dr..his ears again.. His vet said that I really need to think about getting him Nuetered because he only has one testicle and that predisposes him to all kinds of health problems.  I really would like one of his puppies, but I guess that won't happen.  Vet is concerned because Buddy has some unusual growths on his belly.  She will remove those when we remove his ball (s) hopefully it isn't cancerous or anything..  I hope you all are doing well..Thanks for taking time out of your busy lives to read what is up with me.  Blessings to you all my dear blog friends..

Beautiful doilies. :)

Glad to see you blogging again, missed you. But I understand you have been very busy.

Oh, no, not my sweet Buddy! We'll just have to pray for him that it's nothing and that he'll be ok. Hope his little ears get better very soon.

Sending hugs and blessings your way. :)

Ok! I'm caught up with you now. It is both an art and a craft. There, does that make you feel better? No hurt feelings here.

Love the grands. I only have two living and I love them with all my heart. I've been off the grid, so to speak. Life. Been trying to go to Sunday School, church seems a bit much for me right now. Haven't been since I was a youngster. So anyways, the hook has been doing a bit of work. Still missing my boy more than ever but each day is better than the one before. Glad things are good with you. Wish I lived closer....your work is as exquisite as it was before I went mia. :o) xoxox

Vikki, your doilies are gorgeous! Always are, because you are a fiber artist you know! I would love to see the chair sets when you finish them. I remember chair sets from my childhood. Those big overstuffed chairs with the back and arm crocheted pieces. I love that look and have it in my home. You have been busy and have lots planned. That is a good thing. Keep us updated on Buddy. Bless his heart. Take care and happy crocheting!

Wow--looking back through all your posts to catch up on your projects--it's inspiring and humbling! Incredible, amazing work, and all those orders!!! Wow. My crochet work feels lazy. ;-) You're spectacular!

Hi Vikki! The crazies stem from the argument with a blogger 3 years ago...It won't stop till I quit blogging I fear. Anyway, thank you for visiting me, you brighten my day! :o) I feel for you when you have your roof replaced...ugh! That was the most annoying thing that was ever done to my home. Poor buddy, I hope he will be ok. Jade my shep mix has a tumor growing by her rib cage (internally) it's about the size of a golf ball...they don't want to do anything right now since she is not having any problems and her blood work has come out fine...I see flash backs of koda all over again....I'll say a few prayers for buddy and Jade. Have a nice week! Hugs Jennifer

Hi Vikki,

Your doilies are beautiful! Glad to hear your floors are coming along. We are looking into a metal roof too. I just mentioned over the weekend to my husband we need to start getting prices.
