Last week's project

I completed this last week and have listed it in my shop.  It is one of many patterns that I found in a Japanese crochet lace book.  I think I might have to start collecting these books as this book has so many wonderful patterns in it...you know when you go to your local craft store there just doesn't seem to be anything new as far as thread crochet patterns go.  I saw this on pinterest and had to go on a mad search for the pattern book.  Took forever but I found it.  I made this runner with #712 on DMC color chart..I call it cream.  The color looks wonderful with this pattern.  I used size 10 thread...and the finished size is 14 inches wide by 60 inches long.  A perfect size for a nice runner for a large table ...or dresser top...or buffet.  For my next project I am making this.  I have a tree that needs to be finished up.  But you know if I have to choosed between working with thread and yarn..well thread usually wins.  I don't normally work with diagrams, but now that I have, I think it is easier..you know you can actually see the way it is supposed to go together..as long as I keep track what row I am on there should be no problems.
I am not sure what is happening on the blog thing this morning, but I will just go with it...
I am getting really frustrated right now with this blog thing as I keep deleting myself..and I can't get my words to type where I want them...so  instead of getting all upset I am going to close for now..I am wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving...Many Blessings to you all..

So beautiful! Your crochet is perfectly perfect Vikki! I only use diagrams for my thread projects. So much easier for me.
Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.
Eat lots!!! :)

Beautiful! I'm sorts leery of using diagrams because of the row thing. How did you manage to keep the rows from running together? I have used a highlighter before. Have a great Thanksgiving and stay warm!
