I have gone and did it again...not blocking my stuff as I go...but at least the hook is moving.
These are some coasters and potholders that need finishing touches..See the red strawberry coaster? I love this, but it takes alot of thread for one coaster. It is a Vanna pattern. I don't usually like her stuff but this coaster is so neat...I think you can click the pic to zoom in..Maybe I should just take another pic..NAH....I haven't been on the puter for awhile..so if I get up I am liable to get distracted. It has been like that laterly..my husband calls it "something shiny syndrome"..been doing it alot.
This is what is actually on my hook and I am hoping to get it done today..we will see...Seems like as I get older time just gets away from me..I don't know where it goes or what I have done to pass the time..it just goes..and believe it or not I am busy..doing what I do not know.
This is Buddy (stitchy this pic is for you). He is not allowed in my craft room, but it seems he wants to follow me around today. As long as he isn't into stuff and just laying there staring at me he can stay, but if he gets nosy he will have to go. Not much has been going on here in Southern Indiana..it is hot and humid..It is summer weather that is for sure..we need rain. Ok..now I am rambling..so it is time to go. Hi Vikki. Wow, that lavendar current crochet is gorgeous. I wish I had your skill in crochet. I did click and enlarge the picture to see the strawberry. So pretty and it does look like it took a lot of thread. Buddy looks content. It was overcast and cool here today. Our hot, humid weather is coming back this weekend. I am not looking forward to it, it triggers migraines for me. Hope you have a relaxing evening.

Love your projects...I am with you, I really hate, hate, hate blocking doilies. But I love making them. Yours are always so lovely and perfect.
I had to laugh when you said time just gets away from you. I seem to be doing that a lot lately myself. But it's ok, as long as we are happy, that's all that really matters.
