Help?

Trying to pack to move....that is the first pic....anyone want to help....I really have so much to do..and my computer isn't working..I am using this stupid chromebook...which isn't easy..can't print a thing..got to upload my pics from an sd card...and then maybe I can upload them to another place...I am taking this stupid thing back...I have 15 days to do that...well it is going back..

The second pic are my projects...not going to block them probably for awhile as this move has me frazzled..on top of my laptop not working...

I am usually fairly patient when I deal with customer service people..after talking to a support person..and we have a language problem..not so much the language but the accent...I am struggling to understand him ....after over an hour I get disconnected.....darn...they have my phone number in case that happens...but they never call me back...I assume that meant my recovery disc is on its way.....a week later..which is today..I call back...and have to go through the entire thing again..only she and I understand each other a little better...but alas that was not gonna last....we get disconnected....so I wait no call back......so I call back and now I am just so pi....ed off....so I get another person..and this accent is off the chart.....so I have to go through the whole thing again....DELL get it together.....hopefully my disc is coming...I am so upset with Dell's customer service...my laptop is still under warranty..but it won't be if this takes too long.....so .......I have no laptop..but I think I am gonna take this chromebook back and maybe get a cheap laptop...maybe.....but the chromebook is going back....anyway thanks for reading my rant....

First, good luck with the unpacking. Second, I am with you concerning the customer support dilemma! I constantly have to say "I can't understand you!". I read somewhere that you have the right to request a person from the US instead of a foreigner. I recently bought a new laptop from Best Buy. It was a "Deal of the Day". Good luck!

If you buy an Apple you talk with one some one here in the USA. At least I always have. Apple goes above and beyond in their customer service, too. If you get an Apple, then you can sink it up with your iPhone and do all sorts of cool stuff. I don't have an iPhone but I know those who do love using it with their Apple.

Good luck on the moving. You can hire the movers to help you pack and box, it's only a little extra cost, and it's well worth your sanity.

Have a great day sweet friend. :)

Good luck with your move, Vikki. I can imagine it is quite stressful. And I'm with you on not being able to understand tech support and getting disconnected. Seems like it happens every time. Very frustrating.

Good luck with your move dear Vera. Not a fun time at all is it. I have been having some of the same issues of the phone canceling all of my Dad's insurance, electric, water, etc.
Hand in there,
Meredith
