Help I cannot find my end table!!!!

Good Morning my dear blog friends..I just finished these 2 Christmas Doilies over the weekend.  The first one can be found in Heirloom Pineapple Centerpieces and Doilies..Agnes Russell is the designer...I really like it..and then the second one can be found in an issue of Crochet World magazine..not sure what issue..but I am pretty sure they used a different color.. I think it turned out pretty, but I like the first one better...both were made from DMC Cebelia....found in my shop..just click the doily to your right and it should take you there...although DMC does not make a variegated thread..so the variegated thread is Aunt Lydia's...
I am really beside myself..I have too many projects going...I keep jumping from one thing to another and not really getting any of them done.  I am so envious of those who can have numerous wip's ( works in progress) and able to complete them...so what I am going to to do is this...I am going to pick one thing and work on it until it is finished...and then move on to the next.   I have a  couple of friends that keep showing me patterns and distracting me...you know who you are... and I love them dearly.....but I wonder do they really get all these things made or is their house looking like mine...all piled up with thread and patterns waiting to be started or finished up?  My table next to my hookie chair hasn't been dusted or seen the light of day since I can remember when...it is so piled up with wips and future wips..you can't even see the wood..and it has overflowed to the neighboring recliner....so you see I have a problem...Hi my name is Vikki and I am an addict...

I have to be honest I cannot blame my friends for all the piles...I am a thready..for those who have just started following my blog....and that is the reason I sell thread as I couldn't find my favorite thread in the stores anymore and the price went throught the roof..so I became a dealer...but like all addicts I tend to use more than I sell...I digress..I am a thready..but for some reason I have been on a yarn binge...so I have some wonderful soft yarns..thought I would make some hats and fingerless gloves for my grandkids...well it isn't the right kind of yarn...not enough stretch..I should have used sock yarn like the pattern suggested....so now I have baby yarn..beautiful soft stuff...but I need different yarn..thus a pile of yarn..not my friends fault

I have a tree I am making..I make one every year...and that has taken residence on the recliner..again not my friends fault..I have a tabletopper doily started and this again is not my friends fault....but...the boxes of #30 and a filet pattern..my friends idea...I don't even use #30 thread very often.......the table runner pattern and balls of thread sitting on it...pattern I love by the way..sent to me by a friend so it is kind of her fault.   OK I need to take responsibility for my own actions..it's me..all me....hey thanks for taking the time to read my thoughts and look at my pics.  For those of you who leave me comments..thank you so very much...I treasure each and every one..For those of you who don't...I am glad that you stop by..but regardless..may you all be blessed and enjoy all that you do..Blessings my friends.

LOL, sounds like you're knee deep in crochet projects! ;) I'm with you...I don't care to have more than one thing in the works at a time. I think if I did that, I'd be constantly starting new things and not finishing anything. Btw, your doilies are beautiful, as always! :)

I really like the 1st doily in the Christmas colors. I was looking thru my stash of patterns yesterday trying to find some things to do in Christmas colors. The holiday is coming fast! I know what you mean about toooooo many projects. I have about 4 started now. Back the last year or so I had so many I made a pack with myself to not start something new until I had cleared two in progress items out of the basket. That helped a lot. I really would like to get to where I only do one thing at a time...that day may never come!

Love the Christmas doily, very lovely!
As doing other projects I'm right there with you. I don't deal well with too many unfinished projects.but for some reason, meeting a couple great Sistas, I've got more than I can handle right now.
All I can say is
Stay calm and crochet on...

Love the table cover Vikki - it's gorgeous. I usually keep to either 1 or 2 projects, although sometimes I will have more. But, to each his own - you can have however many you want. If you find yourself not finishing a project, just do what I do - unravel it and use the thread/yarn for something else. :)

I know the distracted feeling with too many things in the works and more that I want to start! Your Christmas doilies are beau-tee-full!

Love the doilies. I too am an crochet addict. I haven't met yarn or thread yet that I don't love. Still feeling yucky and my crocheting has slowed. :-(

I have a request...could you please increase your font size? It gets harder to read small print the older you get! Thanks!

I love the pineapple doily. I am too like you. Not only my table but almost the entire house is filled with yarns and projects both finished and unfinished.
